The challenge

Amber is a real-time public health app. In a crisis, people need clear information fast, so every screen had to be calm, simple and instantly understandable.

What we did

1. Mapped the key moments when people would open the app under stress
2. Designed a human-centred interface that puts the most important information first
3. Tested flows for clarity and speed
